Scoped delivery teams
Team membership is a capability attached to an existing Timeblock Member or Business user, not another account system.
Delivery that keeps every authority clear.
Timeblock Delivery is being built as an independent operational domain for teams, Drivers, availability, Quotes, Requests and Jobs—without taking ownership of Shop Orders.

These records are separate authorities. Later phases connect them through idempotent events, not hidden status updates.
What Phase 8 establishes
The current phase creates the durable Delivery Core only. It does not advertise an operational service before pricing, dispatch and safety gates exist.
Verified Driver capability
A Driver profile remains linked to an existing Member identity. Availability is session-based and stores privacy-safe hashes, not raw device or location history.
Traceable records
Quote and Request snapshots, Job history and audit records preserve scope, version and payload identity for later operational phases.
One platform, separate records of truth
Shop commerce and Delivery coordinate without writing each other's authoritative status.

- Owns products, inventory, checkout, the Shop Order and its fulfillment projection.

- Owns teams, Drivers, service-zone capability, availability, Quotes, Requests, Jobs and assignments.
- Integration boundary
- Later events carry opaque source references, versions and idempotency hashes. Neither domain receives authority through a browser-supplied ID.
